DIGITAL DELIVERY & ACCESS POLICY

Thank you for choosing our platform for your professional training. Because our courses, templates, and compliance materials are delivered digitally, there are no physical shipping costs or logistical delays.

Please read the policy below to understand how and when you will receive your training materials.

Your Delivery Pathway

1.Instant Order Confirmation:Within 2 minutes.

Immediately after your payment is successfully processed, an automated tax invoice and order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout.

2.Account Activation & Login Details:Within 5 minutes.

You will receive a separate welcome email containing your unique login credentials, a secure password-reset link, and direct access to our Learning Management System (LMS) dashboard.

3.Immediate Course Access:Instantaneous.

Once logged in, your purchased courses or downloadable compliance toolkits will be fully unlocked and available on your student dashboard. You can begin training immediately.

Technical Troubleshooting & Access Issues

Occasionally, automated digital delivery emails can be blocked or delayed by corporate firewalls or email servers. If you do not see your access emails within 15 minutes of purchase, please take the following steps:

  • Check Junk/Spam Folders: Check your "Spam", "Junk", or "Promotions" tabs. This is the most common reason for missing login details.
  • Verify Your Checkout Email: Ensure there were no typos in the email address entered during your checkout process.
  • Whitelist Our Domain: If you are purchasing on behalf of a corporation, ask your IT department to whitelist emails coming from australiancompliancetraining.com.

Download Limits and Course Expiry

  • PDF/Document Templates: Any purchased compliance templates or downloadable guidelines are yours to keep. However, to prevent server abuse, download links via email expire 30 days after purchase. If you need a link reset, please contact support.
  • Online Course Access: Standard course purchases grant you access to the learning materials for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise on the course product page.

Refund and Delivery Failures

Under the Australian Consumer Law, if a digital product fails to deliver, has a major technical defect that prevents completion, or cannot be accessed due to a system fault on our end that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe, you are entitled to a full refund.
